Fees & Fee Structure

Sessions are $250 for 50 minutes.

With a valid Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate.

Fees are set in line with industry standards and reflect the time, training, and ongoing professional requirements involved in providing psychological care. This includes not only the session itself, but preparation, documentation, clinical responsibility, and continued professional development.

I aim to keep fees as accessible as possible while maintaining the integrity, sustainability, and quality of the service provided.

Cancellations & non-attendance

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or non-attendance will incur the out of pocket cost, of $148.45. Cancellation and rescheduling requests can be sent to: emma@mindpsychologyco.com.

This is not intended as a penalty, but reflects the time set aside for your session, which cannot typically be filled at short notice. Medicare rebates are also not available for sessions that are not attended.
